Se constituy\u00f3 como asociaci\u00f3n sin \u00e1nimo de lucro en 1986 y cuyo \u00e1mbito de actuaci\u00f3n son los Territorios Hist\u00f3ricos de <strong>Bizkaia, \u00c1lava y Gipuzkoa<\/strong>, su finalidad, es la protecci\u00f3n, en todos sus aspectos, de las personas afectadas por Enfermedad Rara (ER), para favorecer su inclusi\u00f3n social a todos los niveles: asistencial, Sanitario, formativo, laboral y procurar su calidad de vida.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>A lo largo de estos a\u00f1os, hemos conseguido resultados positivos que se plasman en estrategias para planificar los apoyos necesarios que favorezcan el cuidado.<\/p>\n<p><\/p><\/div>\n<p><\/p><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
